Add support for ResPlus #9

It would be neat with support for RESPLUS, as of now the app crashes when receiving such a ticket. Will add tickets to the issue later.

Thank you for reporting this issue! Shouldn't be any problem to fix! From which number is the ticket sent? Could you please add one or more tickets to this issue, or forward them to +46733-583660?

Ticket 2: 14 okt 09:35 RESPLUS GUSTAV BYLUND, Student Arlanda Express, Tåg 7821 Avg Arlanda Norra 09:35 Ank Stockholm C 09:55 Slutdest: Stockholm C 2 Kl Kan ej ombokas/återbetalas Bilj. visas med giltig ID-handling Biljnr PLB4188J0003

I could also send them to your phone if that's more convenient.

Edit: Also, the tickets are sent from "Biljett 1a1", which changes depending on the total number of tickets purchased at once ("Biljett 1a2", "Biljett 2a2" osv.)

Interesting analysis of the sending number, I was wondering why they used such a strange name! :)

Are all Resplus-tickets without seating?

I don't think they are, since I guess that it should be possible to buy a ticket with seating (not for Arlanda Express, but for other routes). I don't have a ticket with seating to show though.
