Syn data creation/syn datasets #141

In this pull request, I have included a variety of datasets, each categorized according to their specific applications. Currently, the organization of these datasets feels quite structured and rigid; I'm aiming to improve this by making the presentation more fluid and intuitive.

Additionally, I propose to enhance the datasets' informational value by incorporating two key metrics where available: the number of citations and GitHub stars. These metrics will serve as indicators of the datasets' popularity and relevance. As of now, this addition has been implemented in some of the tables. I welcome your thoughts and feedback on this idea.

@WilliamBonvini I think it is a great idea to add metrics for the synthetic datasets. One additional metric you might want to add for those who utilize Kaggle are Upvotes.
