Unit 10 - Synthetic Data Creation -- add notebook #167

This pull request adds a notebook to demo how to use the stablityai/sdxl-turbo model to generate a synthetic dataset for artistic purposes and push to the hub. I have pushed the dataset to my own name, but could change to hf-vision repo.

I think once you login with write access you can also get access to model, so it's enough if you login once above.

I think these steps don't need to be header 2 but you can put a header 2 above when you decouple the sections and make these into normal text.

Above you are saying you are doing the handkerchief version, but the prompt only states linear. Maybe I'm also getting ot wrong, because I have no idea about the process, but it seemed a bit odd
