Hey everyone 🤗 Added the 2nd chapter on Ethics and Bias in AI for Unit 12: Ethics and Bias. This chapter defines ethics and bias in AI, and discusses different ethical principles for AI development. Kept the focus on Ethical AI principles, and kept the bias part brief as it would be discussed in later chapters of the unit. Also updated the _toctree.yml. Open for suggestions 😄

This is very complete, I learnt a lot! Just left readability nits and formatting nits to provide coherence across chapters. Otherwise we can merge!
