Chapter Zero PR #191

Hi, These are the files related to the chapter zero.

Once we realized there were +60 contributors, we decided to put them in another files (which we haven't finished it yet). All other files (welcome, learn, community) are there.

Hello team, Adding to that, We are yet to finish the section ##How to enroll section in welcome.mdx where we will be writing about how to sign-up, qualification criteria and certificates etc which we yet to finalize with whole CV team.

Merve mentioned on discord that we will discuss about certification process soon and apart from that we request you to work on or tell us where to create a sign-up similar to "Audio Course Signup Form" to include in welcome.mdx.

If it's ok I'd like to make this PR wait a bit when we're structuring onboarding process to learners

NOTE TO REVIEWERS - Please don't merge this PR with johko/main in spite of getting 2 approvals, @merveenoyan will do it herself when the team is done structuring onboarding process to learners.

It would be nicer to keep this welcome section as one page, short and concise so maybe we could merge them? Also, can you incorporate following page to this PR? https://huggingface2.notion.site/Welcome-to-Community-Computer-Vision-Course-eedd3767eac345ee8f1cf0148815181d?pvs=4

Sorry, Merve. It is me again, I don't quite get it if you want to me put a link to the page or if you want me to incorporate the content of the page into the .mdx file.

@bellabf very sorry I wasn't clear enough. I meant if you could incorporate content (certification and so on) it would be great 😊

I made some enhancements and typo fixes to welcome.mdx, mostly the contents taken from the notion document so it fits and aligns with the rest of the file.
