Update Credits #225

Hi everyone,

This PR updates the credits. It is the work of @seshu-pavan and me.

Apart from the new credit entries, there were some moving around:

@kfahn22 had their credits put as a reviewer instead of a writer in Unit 10
@kfahn22 had their credits duplicated as a writer in unit 1
I removed my writing credit for unit 4 (I was not a writer, just a reviewer)

@bellabf Sorry--I guess I should have let you know! I fixed the links to the images I added in #216 and updated my credits as well.
