fixing discord link issue. #69

The previous link wasn't redirecting to the discord channel, so I fixed it.

I tried both and both are redirecting to the official discord server but the issue with the link you added is that it expires in 7 days which should be updates again and again.

Thanks for raising this @MahmoudMohajer - but for me also both links work :thinking: Do you know of any issues that might happen with the invite @merveenoyan ?
