Add pre-intro for Unit 12 Ethics and Bias #86

Hey everyone, Just added a quick pre-intro for Unit 12, pre-intro summarizes what the unit is all about and is the first section learners will read. Also, tried to change the toctree.yml might be wrong. First atomic PR for the Issue: #51

Hey @merveenoyan, I can do it but just to be safe, is it fine to add my unit 12 in the end of the toctree, and also keep the previous entries (Unit 0 and 10)?
