"Publisher" should be clickable for customer-side search #26

Some people may want to browse Crimethinc, Semiotext(e), etc. Also gives us the opportunity to big-up publishers we revere ("Monthly Review have been the sickest publishers of nondogmatic Marxian political economy for half a decade" etc :))

what should you see when you click? A list of titles, but ordered according to what?

A grid of covers, i'd say either weighted (by popularity modified by our subjective judgment) or just in order of publication.

needs to have grid of titles with covers and in stock (?), ordered by date of publication
