@jamesharding I think it might be ready, but I would want to double check if everything is there and working as expected. Feel free to checkout and build the branch if you have the possibility and let me know here if you spot any issues.

It all looks good to me! Works as expected. I have submitted a new PR with the upstream changes merged and the small addition of 0.01 precision to all ratio values. #565
