Select all torrents shortcut impedes on native shortcuts #559

Hi,

The new Ctrl-A shortcut is taking over when trying to select all in text inputs.
It should be somehow scoped to avoid that, and also be disabled if any popup is opened.

I realized this caused my great trouble and IMO is a critical bug because of the following behavior:

do set location
Ctrl-A to select all the text box
Begrudgingly use the mouse to select everything
Paste/type new location
Ok

This sets the location for ALL torrents, not just the one(s) initially selected.
I'm lucky I didn't check "Move data".
