It all works well on my system! The only small improvements that I have made are to use 0.01 precision values for ratio settings which seems to be the limit for transmission itself in the native app. I think it should be ready to merge :)

Thanks a lot @jamesharding! That's a good suggestion. I copied your changes manually because the merging of the two branches seems to be a bit confused.
