Needs to have something that redirects a message to a handler which builds packets on ID. (not sure how i wanna do this lol)

[x] Have a handler that handles incoming messages
[x] Packet identity, identify packet and handle it based on what packet it is. (Maybe a packet map)
[x] Handle packets as necessary
