Misc gizmo issues

Couple of things are broken if the projection is ortho:

• View axis rotation gizmo.
• Aligned alpha.
• Flipping gizmo axes based on view direction.

Snapping is also broken - currently it's relative to the starting transformation, but perhaps it should be absolute in world space.
