  1. John to meet with Abe and AJ to develop standards for documentation
  2. Implementation among AES support staff

Met with AJ, Abe, and Asad on Friday. Plan is to do the following:

  1. write up communication and send to group for approval (done)
  2. meet with select AES Support team members to get their thoughts
  3. send to group
