Reached out to Zendesk to discuss possibility of development.

Things that need addressing: Approval system reporting/ API issues

Zendesk said there are no plans to create approval system; shared info with API. Will check in with Hypercare to see if development is possible

hypercare team should have bandwidth to start investigating Approval stystem tomorrow
