Add cross referencing to Word reporting #2

This was pulled over from ubiquity: https://github.com/john-harrold/ubiquity/issues/1

Add the ability to use table and figure keys as references in text and have them automatically linked to the correct sequence. I need to figure out a way to insert the sequence descriptors before saving.
