Possible SNR computation issue? #23

Compare Kate's PhotoZ processing to take of load-hacked-zda branch 6/8/2022, on the same data (old rig, 6/6/22 02_01_02.zda).

These are the pixel SNR distributions of our SNR maps normalized to [0,1]. The shape is preserved – the same 3 peaks in both. Kate's PhotoZ contrast seems to be scaled to give higher resolution at the high-SNR tail / gives fewer false-positive ROIs. PhotoZ’s Color controls settings don’t effect the actual SNR measurements.
