howto get windows 10 mail notifications for ALL inbox email? #10

in windows 8 there was an option to get a notification for ANY SENDER. in windows 10 that option is gone and the only notification (live tile and notification list) i've gotten is for an email from outlook.com while all other inbox mail (URGENT important job mail) have given me no notification

is this by design? who decides what mail deserves a notification? maybe u can lemme choose to get a notification for ALL inbox mail? like urgent critical job mail

my mail app version is 17.4218.42281.0

thats what mine looks like. i forced "as items arrive" with the same problem

can it be that mail during sleep never trigger a notification on wake? is that by design? in windows 8 there was an on wake notification if new mail had arrived during sleep

Meanwhile, take use of Windows Feedabck Tool to submit this if the above won't work.

i did. whats that gonna lead to? theres no way for me to read or reply to my feedback and it's littered with non-devs unlike this forum and stackexchange. i prefer an exact answer by raymond chen over a nonsensical "run sfc" answer from anwar
