change kd to display irp stacks when they're more than 30

russinovich do you want to fix kd so that it display the irp stack when it's larger than 30?, because

• i can't debug this https://github.com/mirror/windows/issues/1 \FileSystem\Ntfs bug because it often occurs when kd just tells me "Too many Irp stacks to be believed (>30)!!" i.o.w. kd tells me "go f. yourself" rather than "let me tell you were the bug is"
• you have access to the kd source, i don't, i can't create a PR for it in GitHub because you haven't open sourced kd like you should do to let us fix ridiculous bugs like this
