moving back the 3 folders in the app made it stop trying to move them and restored it to a syncing state. after that moving the folders in OneDrive online worked within seconds
moving 3 placeholder folders with 26k, 60k, 90k files in the OneDrive app (Windows 8.1) fail with this message
after this trying to move them in OneDrive online fail with this message
it's definitely because of the number of files in them because all other folders i moved without problem at the same time has less files (less than 21k)

if this is by design u have to warn the user before moving a placeholder folder that contain many files

how do i get back to a syncing state again? because it appears to retry forever. the app has said "2 pending uploads..." for 2 days now
