Real-ESRGAN Model update #29

Hi, thanks for the great work, can you please update the Real-ESRGAN model to the latest version.

After converting the latest version myself I noticed that the image quality stayed the same for the CoreML model compared to the previous version, even though when running the model on python it produced noticeably better images, could be a limitation of the conversion process or the image pre and post processing differences.
