`.itermcolors` to `alacritty.palette` conversion #14

Is there a way to convert the color theme for passion to alacritty palette config?

If so, maybe write a tool that automatically converts itermcolors to their alacritty config equivalent.

Call it prism.

Noticed that this exact functionality is provided by colortty.
