`bat` installation, `config` and aliasing

bat seems like a better implementation of cat. I'd like to use it at some point.

I've seen bat use a config file. Moreover, I'd like to alias cat to bat if bat is installed.

Requirements

• [ ] Add bat to the Brewfile
• [ ] Determine bat config file
• [ ] Alias cat to bat and unset cat if needed. Do this in bash_aliases

Sleep on this for two weeks, then see if you still want it. If not, cat is fine.
