Convert from Flash to HTML5 #1

This client still depends on Flash (for minimap support?)

But Flash is supported by fewer and fewer browsers by default these days. And many people refuse to use Flash-based applications for security reasons.

Luckily, there is a clear alternative. HTML5 could be used to generate the minimap quite easily, and there is broad support for these (simple) HTML5 processes in all modern browsers for the last 6+ years.
