move JavaScript to bottom #26

In q.html. But also check the default site header.

I have moved the custom JavaScript for the DW Calculator to the bottom of the page. The header still seems to have a little JavaScript in it. That appears to be part of this Jekyll-Bootstrap theme, but it might be moveable.
