What about when JS is not enabled? #58

It's not like I can add JS to throw out text for "Requires JS to be enabled to work" on my apps.

So, perhaps the solution is to have that in the default HTML until it is replaced by JS runtime?

This will have to be done on a case-by-case basis. But it should be done.

Okay, the website as a whole works perfectly without JavaScript. But, of course, all my apps fail. Some of them fail gracefully, but some don't:
