Describe the bug
When VBE_Extras is (re-)loaded after having been unloaded, it fails to start correctly displaying a "Failed to get CommandBar ... VBE_Extras cannot load" message in a dialog box.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Start the VBE (any host)
Unloaded VBE_Extras (in the VBE: Add-Ins > Manage Add-Ins)
Loaded VBE_Extras (in the VBE: Add-Ins > Manage Add-Ins)
See message in dialog box
Expected behavior
VBE_Extras should re-load
