If a ride ends up in 'Needs Help' section, it stays in the 'Needs driver' tab, even if it has a driver. I think we did that because we wanted all the conversations that needed the dispatcher's attention to be in one place. If everything is copacetic and help is no longer needed, the dispatcher can open the modal, click 'Remove "help needed" alert', and the ride will move to the correct tab, as well as the alert getting removed.
