How do we do non-AWS credential storage (we should use IAM roles to not store AWS creds anywhere)?

do we do something like credstash? https://github.com/fugue/credstash
should we use CodePipeline to have commits to git automatically trigger deploys without the need for Jenkins?

This is obsolete. Given the timelines, we're just having an admin set the secrest in the environment instead of finding a way to script it.
