Improved HMU config

[pulquero]

This config in combination with https://github.com/john30/ebusd/pull/1213 does not cause any issues for my setup.

Highlights:

• messages ordered by ID
• consistent naming convention, useful for filtering
• removed non-applicable messages for this hw/sw combination
