First of all, congrats on an amazing feat, all of the Keen games translate so well to the GBA so its super exciting being able to play them there.
I've played through the initial couple of levels of Keen 5 and noticed a couple of things, sorry not sure if these same issues appear on the other games as I haven't played them as much.
Some of Keen's animations appear to have frames that are 1 pixel too high/low, which makes it appear like he's shaking when moving across platforms. Not sure if this is related to the conversion of the images or a code related issue. I've seen it mainly on the running from side to side & idle animations but I believe it occurs in others as well
The camera doesn't appear to behave quite the same as the PC games, possibly a side effect of the smaller screen but the camera seems more 'locked' to Keen vertically, rather than letting him move higher on-screen before moving the camera to chase
As noted in the other open issue, sometimes bits of the previous BGM play out when completing a level
