Siphon not working on iPhone 4 iOS 4.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Siphon from Cydia
2. Configure SIP account settings
3. Try to dial

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The account name is not listed on dial screen, Siphon is not communicating with 
SIP server.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.9.10 on iOS 4.1, however I had the same problem with 3.9.8 and 3.9.9. On 
previous iOS 4.0 I had Siphon version 2.3 working without any problems.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have check on my firewall and Siphon is not communicating with external 
network at all. log.txt is not created no matter what are the log settings in 
the Siphon Client.
Please see attached printScreen for missing account info on dial page.

Could you update to 3.9.11?
Could you try to wake up the network with Safari before to run Siphon?

It seems in some cases Siphon can't wake-up the network.

The upgrade to 3.9.11 didn't help, so I have installed iOS 4.3.1. The problem 
was exactly the same. After upgrading Siphon to 3.9.12 the problem has gone.
