it would be so cool, if there was an outboundproxy option in the
configuration-dialog.

The "server" setting is already used as outbound proxy.

then, there should be "domain" option. so that outboundproxy and domain can be 
different.

i want to use www.live.sipgate.de, which requires domain and outboundproxy to be
different.

I would agree with this as well. I have a provider that requires having a 
domain 
specified. The way it's setup there could be multiple domains authenticating to 
the 
same server/outbound proxy.
