List Improvement: Placement/Access

Currently to access a list, you have to

1. Add Lists to your Navigation from the Settings Menu
2. Click on Lists in the navbar
3. Click on the list in the new panel

This is too high friction.

Ideas:

• Show the lists underneath the Lists menu in the navbar
• Rather than add "Lists" to the navbar on the side, let me choose which list to add.
• Allow a specific list to be added to the top nav alongside Local, Home, Social, Global
