Mastodon and I think some others link the sensitive property and so called "content warning", that is, if you click "CW" on Mastodon, it turns on the "sensitive" property and also displays the area to write a "content warning".
However, the "cw" is actually stored in the AP property "summary". Pretty sure at least some servers though let you put a "CW" or summary/title without enabling "sensitive". Personally I think a "summary" or "title" field would be nice and tumblr-like, with e.g. a tool-tip reminder that only that will show by default if you turn on "sensitive"
