CSS fixes #33

Fixing the weird colours on UI elements:

Mobile view with icon-only sidebar now has visible icons
Mouseover on controls no longer has black-on-dark-blue label

Many of these changes (and most of the original CSS) really only work with the default goblin theme. Going to try to poke harder at the stylesheets to produce something that works in every theme.
