Replying beneath the post doesn't @ the person you're replying to #47

Mastodon and friends have a social norm that expects you to @ the person you're replying to, but goblin replies don't do that by default. We should probably pre-populate the reply textarea with the usernames of everyone who's mentioned in the parent post, and then if you need to edit them out you can.

Closing - jv already tried this and it felt like it went against goblin's character. Replies work properly even without the @, so the only difference is stylistic.

Might be worth adding a "in reply to" on posts that are replies, though. Separate issue?
