There should be a timestamp next to this message. There's plenty of room for it visually, but the CSS restricts the amount of space the timestamp/visibility gets.
It looks like this might only get worse with i18n issues - for example, Google translates this message to French as "Seules les personnes sur ce serveur peuvent voir ce message".
Alternate possibility: take these extremely long visibility messages and shorten them. It could lead to "wait, what does 'local only' mean?" though, which is not a great piece of friction to add to the hellsite/hellcloud transition.
