Epic: Home Page and Navigation #2

User Story: As a user I can log in and out of my account so that I am able to access all the sites features.

Acceptance Criteria:

A means of signing up for an account.
An operational log in and log out functionality.
A link for signing up and logging in, available only when no user logged in.
A link for logging out, only available when an authorised user is logged in.

Tasks:

[x] Add templates for signing up, logging in and logging out.
[x] Add navigational links to base html with conditional logic to return appropriate links based on user status.

Account links added and tested to confirm operational. User status specific styling also applied to determine which links to display.
