User Story: As a site owner I can ensure the checkout order is updated automatically so that the customers cart is fully represented in the order

Acceptance Criteria:

A means of updating the order when a item is added or removed

Tasks:

[x] Add Django signals to Checkout app.
[x] Create method to update the order on line item creation or deletion.
