Epic: User profiles #36

User Story: As a user I can view and update my profile details so that I can keep my details up to date.

Acceptance Criteria:

A rendering of profile details in an offcanvas.
A secure means of updating user profile details.

Tasks:

[x] Create a user profile context, making it available across all pages.
[x] Create an offcanvas for profile editing and style accordingly.
[x] Create a profile page per canvas functionality.
[x] Ensure only registered user can update their own profile.

Off canvas profile created and set up for profile context. Profile page completed in earlier user story. Off canvas not visible to non-registered users and when trying to access url for profile page they are prompted to log in.
