Epic: Deploy project to production environment #47

User Story: As a site owner I can store media and static files in the cloud so that the site operates as intended with correct images and styling in the production environment.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Employ a cloud based storage solution for images and static files.

Tasks:

• [x] Add AWS to project.
• [x] Create area in provider for storing and retrieving media and static files.
