Epic: Testing and Documentation #77

User Story: As a Site Admin I can complete manual testing so that all aspects of the project will be tested.

Acceptance Criteria:

• All site functionality not checked with automated testing to be manually tested.
• A full report of all testing including automated if applicable.

Tasks:

• [x] Create a separate manual testing markdown file.
• [x] Perform testing of user stories and features.
• [x] Utilise available tools to complete validator testing.
• [x] Document all testing of features, testing of user stories and validator testing.
