BUG: Empty required field popover not appearing as expected #93

Epic:

Payment Functionality #35 **Bug Description:** When a required field is not completed and pay now button pressed the form does not submit and the window scrolls to and highlights the missing input. The standard browser popover does not appear however. **Actions to Resolve:** Given the form is not submitted and the window scrolls to and highlights the input required the bug will remain unresolved with a view to addressing in future versions of the app.
