dynamic feed control wizard doesn't accept direct feed urls #147

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://www.google.com/uds/solutions/wizards/dynamicfeed.html
2. enter http://rss.people.com/web/people/rss/topheadlines/index.xml or any
other feed url.
3. Press preview and see "No URLs found"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Seeing the feed found, seeing an expanded URL as the feed is autodetected
(say www.people.com turning to
http://rss.people.com/web/people/rss/topheadlines/index.xml), instead: "No
URLs found"
