Would it be possible to get the authors of an article found through the Google 
News search API?

I'm working on an application that would benefit from being able to find 
authors, related authors, and so forth, of given news pieces.

For instance, see articles referenced in the link below - getting the 'author 
data' there would be helpful:

http://news.google.com/news/search?
pz=1&cf=all&ned=us&hl=en&q=author:"Michael+D.+Shear"&scoring=n
