Clarify 'snippet suppression' vs. TOU/TOS #486

The Search API reference documentation explains how to conceal result snippets:

  http://code.google.com/apis/ajaxsearch/documentation/reference.html

"... you can alter the styling and display
of a result. For instance, if you want to
supress [sic] the 'snippet', a CSS rule [...]
  would do the trick. ..."

(The given CSS examples use a 'display: none' rule to conceal snippets.) This
advice is given in sections describing CSS classes and structure of results for
Web search, Video search, Blog search, News search, and Patent search (and for
Local search, to conceal addresses). (Note: As you know, the Web result
structure also applies to CustomSearchControl CSE search results.)

Please review that documentation vis-a-vis the API TOU and CSE TOS and, if you
see any apparent possibility that some readers might be confused about certain
points, please consider providing further clarification in future revised API
documentation and/or terms. (I will refrain from any further comment because I
am NOT a lawyer or legal expert.) Thanks!

Please do not reply (except for administrative replies). I do not want a
discussion on this topic. (Note to admins: If you are able to lock this issue
to prevent replies, please do so.) The only purpose of this post was to
suggest to Google a possible point of clarification for future documentation.
