newsshow+en.css is served empty #582

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the News Show in English

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The News Show should be formatted with CSS in the newsshow+en.css file, but the 
CSS file is served empty. Pulling +es.css, +ja.css, and +fr.css works as 
expected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
News Show v1
Mac OSX
Chrome, Firefox

Please provide any additional information below.
It looks like the English version of the css is just blank.
