I don't know if seconding a request is helpful, but I'd love to see knockout js 
supported in the CDN.

knockout.js is now on the Microsoft CDN:

I too would like to see google support this library. 
I'm glad to hear that it is at least on Microsoft's CDN, but I prefer Google's 
CDN and would love to see it hosted here.
